Warm Me Up For Winter Tag
I saw this tag on Benita’s Blog, Benita’s Beauty Bits and Bobs. I’m so happy Benita is blogging again, I missed her when she wasn’t. You guys should go and check her out. Anyway, this tag looked like so much fun I simply had to have a go at answering the questions myself.
1. What’s your favourite hot chocolate?
This is a hard question! I love hot chocolate during the winter months and I love trying different flavours of hot chocolate. I don’t think I can choose!
Bomb Cosmetics Haul
So, not long after my Lush haul, I found myself on the Bomb Cosmetics website, looking to see if they had there Christmas stuff out. They did and I went a little bit crazy! Bomb Cosmetics always draw me in with how cute their products are! And everything I got in this haul is from this years Christmas line, so if you see anything you want, it won’t be around forever.
So, I got quite a lot of bath products. The first thing is the only product I have repurchased from last year and that is the We Three Kings Bath Creamer. This has such a fresh scent and I just love it.
I just can’t resist Lush when they bring out their collections for the holidays. So I decided that I had to treat myself to a couple of things.I didn’t go too crazy just yet, but if I try anything that I really like then I will consider buying back ups. None of the Halloween collection really caught my eye this year, but I’m not a big Halloween fan overall anyway. But I love there Christmas stuff and I also got two products which I believe are inspired by Bonfire Night (or Firework Night or Guy Fawkes Night, which ever you want to call it) and that really excites me as it is one of my favourite nights of the year.
Bomb Cosmetics Haul
So I’d heard a couple of things about Bomb Cosmetics and had come across their website when looking for alternatives for Lush but had never bit the bullet and bought anything. But then I won some money in a raffle at work and decided to treat myself to a couple of things. So I thought I’d share what I’d bought with you, and surprise, surprise, they’re pretty much all bath products. My products arrived in this really cute purple box with this really colourful packaging, which I thought was really nice. I have quite a back log of posts at the moment and this Haul is actually from the beginning of December but I’ve only just got round to posting it.
Nails of the Month
The first look I wore in December was this Christmas Tree Lights nail art design. The base colour I used was Essie’s Mojito Madness. For the electrical cord I used A-England’s Camelot and for the colourful lights I used H&M’s Lime, H&M’s Summer Sunrise, H&M’s Pale Violet, H&M’s Nail Him, Sinful Colors’ Misty Red and Natural Collection’s Hibiscus.
Outfit of the Day
Casual Christmas Day At Home With The Family
I really enjoy doing outfit of the day posts and I thought what better day to do it for than for Christmas Day? My style for Christmas Day is pretty much smart casual. The morning is spent in pyjamas but then my grandparents always come for dinner and I need to look presentable even if I don’t leave the house.
So I’ve seen loads of pictures and videos featuring Reindeer nails for the Christmas season and I thought I’d share my take on them. These are really easy to create and I think they look really cute.
